Abstract
Design is not only a tool for problem-solving, but also a powerful mechanism for fostering innovation and creating value. Drawing on projects in mobility, cultural tourism, and rural revitalization, this talk explores how design can drive innovation through user insights, scenario-building, and resource integration. Through a series of cross-disciplinary case studies, it demonstrates the design process from identifying needs and shaping experiences to generating value, while reflecting on the role of design as a catalyst for innovation within complex social systems.
